About the trainer

Anja Bolbjerg has close to fifteen years of experience with conditioning for skiing. First to prepare herself for her Olympic adventures and 25 world cup top 10 finishes in the physically challenging discipline of moguls skiing. She has had to train her way back to the top of the field after such serious injuries as herniated discs and a torn ACL. Later, after her skiing career, she majored in engineering writing her thesis on the biomechanics of the knee and she is now a certified and experienced personal trainer and ski coach and freelance writer of skiing and fitness related articles.  Anja is based in France.
